A little about me!
I’m a female living in Nebraska where I was born and raised. In the middle of the USA where the weather is almost as crazy as I am, I found it suits me well. My age? I’m 30-something.
Ever hear the phrase, “Someone would have to be nuts to do that?” That’s a fast way to get my interest. That’s what many people say about bungee jumping (among other things), but I think it would be a blast! When I get the chance to do it, I will. I also want to go skydiving!
I have participated in several demolition derbies! The thrill seeker and destructive side of me found it to be a fun way to release road rage without winding up in jail. Jail is not something I would like to experience so I follow the law.
One of my favorite television shows is Mythbusters. It’s fun to watch when they blow things up and the different tests they do! They do a lot of crazy and interesting things on the show that I find to be informational as well as entertaining.
When I was in school, science and chemistry were my favorite subjects. Looking back, it’s probably a good thing my parents never bought me the chemistry set I wanted. They liked their house and told me no! My parents were impressed that I survived childhood. I have to admit, I was impressed too.
I may be a little crazy, but in a good way! It’s all in fun! I only get one life so I’m going to make the most of it!
Two of my favorite things are nature and animals. I love both. I’m the type of person that would rather go on a hike through the woods as opposed to seeing a man-made marvel. Animals are fascinating to me! I would be lost without my pets! They are the best!
I also want to travel. I want to see other countries and cultures. Someday, I will!
